A non- transferable, non- refundable deposit of £7.50/pitch/night is payable for all low season bookings, £10/pitch/night for peak season bookings . Payment will be due in full at the time of booking for any bookings involving more than one pitch, Bank Holiday bookings of 3 nights or less, stays of less than 3 nights during peak season and bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival date in peak season. Any outstanding balance is due in full on arrival, for the period booked.

Single night stays during peak times must be paid for in full at the time of booking, payment is non-refundable on cancellation.

Groups may be asked to pay in full prior to arrival. The person placing the booking is responsible for the payment for the group’s booking.

No refunds are made for bad weather or early departure from the site.

Pitches are available from 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure. If you arrive earlier than this time, you are welcome to wait in the middle of the field until your pitch is ready.

Arrival should be before 7pm. If you are unavoidably delayed please contact us.

We will do our best to meet requests for specific pitches but cannot guarantee them.

Under 18’s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Please contact us to check availability and obtain deposit and other payment details. The availability calendar shows overall availability which may vary between pitches with and without hook up and the length of stay available on any one pitch.

We try to have as few rules as possible but some are necessary for everyone’s enjoyment of the field.

People come to our site to take advantage of the peace and quiet. We ask that you are respectful of this and keep noise to a minimum, particularly between the hours of 10pm and 8 am.

Any person or group disturbing the enjoyment of the site by others may be asked to leave without a refund, so if you like partying through the night, this may not be the site for you.

Dogs must remain on a lead at all times on site. Pets must not be left behind whilst their owners are away from the site. Any mess must be cleared up immediately.

One car per pitch can be parked on the pitch (unless weather conditions prevent it, in which case alternative parking will be provided). You may be asked to park any additional vehicles away from the pitch.

Campers must check in before occupying a pitch. Pitching in the wrong place may result in you be asked to move. Units must be placed so that occupants exit onto their own pitch or out into the field – not onto the neighbouring pitch.

For campers with large tents or other large units you must check with us that your tent will fit onto a pitch at the time of booking and allow for space between yourselves and neighbouring pitches to comply with fire regulations.

We do allow the responsible use of off ground barbeques and fires. Bricks are available to prevent damage to the turf and must be returned after use – please do not leave them in the field or hedge as they cause expensive damage to our mower! A bucket of water or fire extinguisher should be available when fires and barbeques are in use. Fires and barbeques must never be used inside tents, awnings etc and should be left outside until entirely cold. Please dispose of cold ash and disposable barbeques in the special bin provided. Burning the grass on the pitch could result in a fine of £20 or more.

Children must be supervised at all times. Please ensure they respect other campers’ privacy when playing.

We do not allow the use of generators on site.

Please do not tie anything to our pitch marker posts or electric hook ups.

Visitors

Whilst we allow our campers to have day visitors they must not spoil the enjoyment of the site for other campers. We ask that you notify us beforehand of the arrival of any visitors. Visitors may be asked to park their car off site and must not drive onto the grass in wet weather.

The facilities are for the use of our paying campers. If visitors need to use the toilet facilities we suggest a small donation that will be given to charity. The showers and other facilities are not for the use of day visitors.

We ask that all day visitors leave the site by 8pm to avoid disturbance to our campers.
