Disabled guests

We want you to enjoy your stay and be as comfortable as possible. If you have a disability and require a pitch close to the facilities, please let us know at the time of booking.

Children

Children should be supervised at all times on site.

Dogs

We allow up to three well behaved dogs per pitch (in low season, we may accept more by prior arrangement). We kindly request dogs to be kept on a lead in the camping field except when in the dog exercise area.

Taxis

Please ask taxis to pick you up and drop you off outside the site.

Day visitors

We will be allowing limited numbers of day visitors for the 2024 season subject to prior arrangement with us. Day visitors will be asked to park in our yard and must not drive on to the field. Day visitors will be asked to depart the site by 9PM.

Extra large tents

For campers with extra large tents (9 berth and over / 30 sq. metres and above), please check with us that your tent will fit onto a pitch at the time of booking to allow for space between yourselves and neighbouring pitches to comply with fire regulations.

Vehicles

To keep our campsite as safe as possible for our campers, we allow one car per pitch and this is included in the tariff. Additional parking is available close to the campsite entrance (£3 per additional car per day). In exceptionally wet circumstances, we may direct you where to park.

We aim to keep vehicle movement on site to a minimum. Pedestrians and particularly children have right of way at all times. Vehicles should be driven at a maximum of 5mph and in first gear when on site. We politely ask that you only drive your vehicle when arriving or returning to the site. We kindly request that you do not drive to or from the toilets/reception, or any time after dark. Please walk.

Only people holding a full licence may drive in the field. Learning to drive is not permitted.

Generators

We do not allow the use of generators on site.
